As Mark Madden points out, when it comes to off-field misconduct, the Steelers aren’t really all that different than the Bengals.
It’s always kind of suspicion whenever a police spokesman doesn’t know what made cops suspicious about a guy who was pulled over on suspicion of DUI.

Michigan RB Mike Hart followed a disappointing 40-yard dash at the Combine by choosing not to run at his Pro Day. (Hey, Mike. The sixth round just called; it’s running out of shrimp.)
The Bronco were the only team that didn’t attend the Michigan Pro Day. (Maybe Coach Kevlar is miffed that he didn’t get the job there.)

Put zero stock into anything Mark Madden has to say. The guy has a personal agenda against the Steelers and zero creditability. For one, he has always been jealous that the Steelers get more attention than the Penguins. Come on, its hockey! He is Pittsburgh’s own Len Pasquarelli, only nastier and less talented.

Mike Hart’s agent must be the all time best seller at the “jerk-store” How can he let him not run? Hart should have been attached to parachutes running wind-sprints starting the day after the Combine ended.

Mark Madden got the name of the Steeler ball players right, but that is the only thing that you can believe. He has a vendetta for the Steelers and the Rooney family. The Beaver County Times should know that, the article should not have been published.

Ugh, putting Mark Madden as the lead link is unacceptable. He’s a horse’s, um, behind, and doesn’t deserve the hit count increase that the above link will drive.

Actually, what’s more surprising from the Mike Hart article is that Mario Manningham improves his 40 time from 4.59 in Indy to a 4.38 in Ann Arbor, plus improves his vertical by 3 inches.
Perhaps the reason Coach Kevlar didn’t show up for Michigan’s day is because he wouldn’t have been allowed to hook the prospects up to the polygraph machine?

I cannot believe how blinded people are by the glaring #4.
Brett Favre will always be remembered because he was great, and he is one of the most popular quarterbacks ever. That goes without saying, but damn people just don’t seem to get that he was mediocre for a LOT of his career.
And we still loved him…
That’s why he’s one of the greatest… Sal bulls-eyed it.
