The Miami Dolphins have announced that they have added Dave Rayner, a three-year NFL veteran who spent 2007 with the Chiefs and Chargers and all of 2006 with the Packers.
Rayner was a sixth-round draft pick of the Colts in 2005.

Hmm.. Could this be a bad sign for Jay Feeley? I thought Feeley was one of the few bright spots the Dolphins had last year.
