It never fails.
Just as the “days without an arrest” counter begins to creep close to double digits, someone re-sets it.
The latest culprit? Steelers linebacker James Harrison, the team’s 2007 MVP.
Per various media reports, Harrison was arrested for simple assault and criminal mischief after allegedly assaulting his girlfriend.
A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Thursday.

With Porter gone and having and finally having had his chance and after winning a team MVP you would think Harrison is smarter is than that. He was cut four times by 2 teams and has Timmons and Woodley behind him. He better pray the Rooneys are feeling charitable or that he really can regain his first form last season.

Why does this guy get so excited when an NFL player gets arrested?….it’s like he’s obsessed with it….sorta weird

Harrison is known to be a little bit nuts. It’s a pretty well known fact that his team mates are intimidated by him, just like they were with Greg Lloyd. It’s all great when channeled properly at opposing players. Not so much off the field.
